Our home had a signed contract within 40 days of our listing and then closed in 20 days because Molly also worked with a transaction coordinator(TC Solutions) and a Title company(Austin Title) as a cohesive team. In the past, our quickest close was 28 days. To be honest, I didn’t think it was possible to close a home in 20 calendar days, but the team did it. The team was in constant communications and helped us get all of our items checked off during the contract to closing process. It was the quickest and easiest closing my wife and I ever had.
