Round Rock, Texas

Homes here tend to be larger than average, over 3,000 square feet.  Streets have wide sidewalks and main boulevards are lined with limestone fences for privacy and quiet.  Development of Walsh Ranch occurred in the mid-2000s.

Families are drawn to Walsh Ranch because of its convenient, highly rated schools, including Walsh Middle School, which is located inside the neighborhood, and kid-friendly amenities like playgrounds and a community kiddie pool.

The neighborhood is located two and a half miles west of I-35, running along Walsh Ranch Boulevard. The southern border of Walsh Ranch is Sam Bass Road, and the northern edge lies along Tourmaline Trail.  The western border is Great Oaks Drive and the eastern is Alexandrite Way. Brushy Creek North

Round Rock, Texas

Brushy Creek North is a small, family-friendly community just outside of the Round Rock city limits, but within the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.  It is a part of the larger Brushy Creek area of western Round Rock that is made up of several neighborhoods named after the creek running through it.  Homes in Brushy Creek North were generally built in the late 1970s through the 1980s on large lots, some over half an acre, some over a full acre.  The lots are filled with beautiful oaks and other stately trees, and peace and quiet are the norm here.  Each home is custom built, and many have exteriors of native Austin limestone.  Buyers looking for a small “ranchette” feel but wanting to live close to city amenities might find their perfect fit in the large properties in Brushy Creek North.
